Boxed Expressions offers an engaging Hands-on Team Building Experience where participants dive into the world of S.T.E.M. (Science, Technology, Engineering & Math) principles and Culinary Arts. In just 90 minutes, you'll work in groups to create delicious appetizers & mocktails using either Molecular Gastronomy, Emulsions, Food Foam, Density, and Volume Techniques. Put on your lab coat and get ready to explore the fascinating intersection of science and cooking. Join us for a Hands-on Culinary adventure unlike any other in Chicago! Provide us with your groups dietary restrictions & allergies and we'll design a Surprise Menu! Experience is led by our Resident Chef who has worked and taught in the Culinary Industry for over 16 years. We will bring the fun of Culinary to your home or office location. This class is B.Y.O.B. ​ This Experience is Perfect for:  *Birthday Parties *Friend Gatherings *Team Building Fun *Sales Meeting Break *Conference Event *Fun With Colleagues *Client Appreciation & More Bookings are required to be Paid in Full for each participant when securing event date. Wacker Drive, 10th Floor Chicago, IL 60606   Mon.-Fri.: After 5:00pm Sat.: 10am-4pm 14 person max for Hands-on Experience Hosting at Your Location: Anytime of the day. No Maximum Number of Participants as long as your space provides tables, chairs and can comfortably accommodate the Experience. A flat rate of *$275 Off-Site & Travel Fee will be invoiced separate to the Host. *this fee covers up to 20 participants. For every 15 additional participants a fee of $150 will be added.
