Includes: *Knife Skills Demonstration *Use of aprons *Dinner & Beverages served on Ceramic Plates, Silverware & Glassware *Unlimited Filtered Water, Soda & Dessert Platter *There is a 2-Hour Private Rental Kitchen Fee, $330 (additional time can be added @ $165/hour) which will be added. Appetizer (Select 2) 1. Hearty Spring Salad: Arugula, Sweet Potato, Sunflower Seeds, Green Onions, Granny Smith Apple, Dried Cranberries, Quinoa, Balsamic Dressing 2. Loaded Charcuterie Cups; pasteurized meat, cheese, jam, fruit, herbs, veggies & more 3. Mediterranean Hummus (loaded w/ parsley, olives, tomatoes, spices & more) w/ Crudite (fresh vegetables). 4. Bruschetta Main (Select 1) 1. Chicken Piccata w/ Linguine Pasta (capers, parsley, lemon juice, butter, stock & heavy cream) & Roasted Broccolini & Mushrooms 2. Blackened Seared Cajun Salmon, Peruvian Chicken or Roasted Cauliflower Steak (select 1) w/ Red Skin Garlic & Thyme Roasted Mashed Potatoes & Asian Slaw Salad 3. Loaded Baja Tacos w/ Mango Salsa (*select 1: chicken, shrimp or steak) served w/ Black Bean & Cilantro Stew over Rice Your group will be split into teams to prepare each dish. Class Recipes are included during the experience & pictures can be taken to save for later. Please note, that this class includes some pre-prepared food items such as 'cooked pasta or rice' or '1-hour roasted garlic', etc.... Please arrive on time and note that all experiences conclude on time to give our staff time to clean and/or prepare for the next event. Doors open 15 minutes prior to your start time if you'd wish to set up any guests gifts or bring beverages. ​Bookings are required to be Paid in Full for each participant to secure date. Wacker Drive, 10th Floor Chicago, IL 60606  Mon.-Fri.: After 5:00pm Sat.: 10am-4pm 14 person max Hosting at Your Location: Anytime of the day. No Maximum Number of Participants as long as your space provides tables, chairs and can comfortably accommodate the Experience. A flat rate of *$300 Off-Site & Travel Fee will be invoiced separate to the Host. *this fee covers up to 20 guests. For every 15 additional guests a fee of $150 will be added.

Cancellation Policy
All catering, mobile cart and culinary experiences are final sale. If for any reason you need to change the date of your event, there must be communication via text to 708.568.1721 or email info@boxedexpressions.com no less than 24 days prior to your event date so that we can open that date to another guest to book. If your request for a date change occurs within 24 days prior to your event date, a fee based on your total amount will incur based on the result of any coordination fees. You may reschedule up to 1 year after your original date.
