Includes: -Knife Skills Demonstration -Use of aprons -Dinner served on Ceramic Plates with Silverware -Unlimited Filtered Water, Soda & Dessert Platter *Wine is Not Included; byob or make arrangements with our staff to have it delivered. Appetizer (Select 2) 1. Hearty Salad: Arugula, Sweet Potato, Sunflower Seeds, Green Onions, Granny Smith Apple, Dried Cranberries, Quinoa, Balsamic Dressing Skills covered: Making a Vinaigrette 2. Loaded Charcuterie Cups; pasteurized meat, cheese, jam, fruit, herbs, veggies & more Skills covered: Building a Charcuterie Board/Grazing Table 3. Roasted Garlic Hummus (w/ parsley, olives, tomatoes, spices & more) w/ Crudite (fresh vegetables) Skills covered: Making Hummus using a mortar & pestle 4. Bruschetta Skills covered: Knife Skills & Selecting Tomatoes Main (Select 1) 1. Chicken Cacio e Pepe (pasta): Pecorino Romano, black pepper w/side of Roasted Broccolini & Mushrooms 2. Bourbon Glazed Salmon, Peruvian Chicken or Roasted Cauliflower Steak (select 1) w/ Red Skin Garlic & Thyme Mashed Potatoes & Roasted Root Vegetables 3. Sushi Rolls (4 varieties) : Sweet Potato Tempura, Miso Salmon Avocado, Teriyaki Beef & Teriyaki Chicken Your group will be split into teams of 2 to 4 to prepare dishes. Class Recipes are included during the experience & pictures can be taken to save for later. Please note, that this class includes some pre-prepared food items such as 'cooked pasta or rice' or '1-hour roasted garlic', etc.... Please arrive on time and all experiences conclude on time to give our staff time to clean and/or prepare for the next event. Doors open 15 minutes prior to your start time if you'd wish to set up any guests gifts or bring beverages. ​Bookings are required to be Paid in Full for each participant to secure date.
